Yasyn Lee, M.D., is a board certified psychiatrist who practices psychiatry in Dubuque, Iowa. Dr. Lee was appointed to the Board in November 2003 to complete the term of a resigning Board member. She is in her third and final term which will end on April 30, 2010. She is the Board's Chair and serves on the Monitoring Committee.
