Exact spelling does matter.
A match starts at the beginning of a last name and continues for as many letters
as specified. You can improve your chances of finding a match by typing only
the first few letters of the last name.
If you enter only a partial
last name LEAVE THE FIRST NAME BLANK
otherwise the search will not work.
Use the
first name if you are using a complete last name that is spelled correctly.
